A – Delivery terms
Delivery is made by a courier service provider. Delivery will take effect upon collection of the products by the carrier, who will deliver the ordered product to the delivery address indicated by the Customer on the order form. Delivery will be made exclusively within Morocco, according to the terms and rates indicated in the "Delivery Costs" section.
Deliveries are made only subject to availability and in the order in which orders are received. In the event that one of the ordered products is out of stock, Hug Your Life Maghreb will proceed with delivery of the order: the missing products must be reordered in a subsequent order. Generally, orders cannot be canceled if only part of the order is out of stock. B – Time limit
Hug Your Life Maghreb will do its best to deliver or arrange for delivery of the product within three working days of receiving the order. Delivery times are set in good faith as accurately as possible but are subject to supply and transport possibilities and are, as such, given for information purposes only. However, if delivery is not ensured within fifteen working days of the order, the Customer has the right to cancel their order. A delay in delivery cannot, under any circumstances, give rise to compensation or penalties for late delivery regardless of the causes, importance and direct or indirect consequences. More specifically, Hug Your Life Maghreb will not be held liable for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or due to any other force majeure event.
Hug Your Life Maghreb will keep the Customer informed, within a reasonable time, of cases and events of force majeure likely to disrupt the delivery process of the product ordered.
However, if 15 days after the indicative delivery date, the ordered product has not been delivered, for any reason other than force majeure, the sale may then be cancelled at the request of the Customer by email addressed to contact@hugyourlife.ma. The Customer may, in this case, obtain the refund of the sums paid for the order, to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages.
The Customer will also have the option to accept a new delivery deadline without being able to demand a price reduction or damages. In any event, delivery on time can only occur if the Customer is up to date with its obligations towards Hug Your Life Maghreb, whatever the cause. C – Delivery costs
By ordering from Hugyourlife.ma, the Customer has the option to receive their products anywhere in Morocco. Shipping rates vary; they include packaging, handling, and shipping costs. Depending on the order amount and the delivery address, some or all of the shipping costs may be free. Shipping costs after discount are available on the order form.
