ORDERS & DELIVERY TIME:

• Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Orders require a preparation time of 3 to 7 days (excluding shipping time by the carrier), starting from the date of order validation.

• For international orders outside Morocco, delivery may take between 2 to 3 weeks.

• Only business days are counted within these timeframes.

CLAIMS:

• In case of damaged or missing products, the customer must submit a written claim to Blu Horizon Trade within 48 hours, specifying the name and price of the missing or damaged product.

• The customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to return any disputed product to the following address: Prestige Targa A2, 40120 Marrakech – Morocco.

SHIPPING COSTS:

• The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at the time of purchase.

Every order requires 100% payment upfront.
